Phil helped me replace my old flute with a quality used flute at about the same cost as repairing the old flute.
I was greeted immediately, cheerfully, and taken straight to the item I needed. At many music stores, customers seem to be treated as an afterthought or necessary evil. Sam Ash has always treated me as the most important person to walk through the door that day, even if I wasn't looking for a big item.
My daughter and I are new guitar students and needed lots of help choosing a guitar. Todd was great. Patient and able to answer all our questions. We purchased two Taylor guitars and are very happy with our selections.

The associate in Drums was outstanding and took the extra time to help me understand how to use the digital calibration / tuning tool I was looking at. He was very thorough and helpful. Great service as always at Sam Ash and in the drum department overall, where we recently bought drums from Rocky who was also outstanding. Way to go!
