Paul in the sound equipment department at the Tyvola location in Charlotte is the man! He was working by himself and handled numerous people promptly and in a polite and very professional manner. Not only was I impressed with his level of service, but his knowledge on their products, and everyone's individual needs, are limitless. Go see him for all your sound needs!
