I took my acoustic guitar in for a problem and luthier, Jesse fixed the problem in short order and I had the guitar back in 2 days. Jesse does remarkable work and is a credit to Sam Ash!

I've always got amazing customer service at Sam Ash. The guys there are super-helpful, and really just all-around decent people. Huge contrast to Guitar Center. That place is a big box store where you don't matter. Sam Ash? They get excited about the same things you get excited about. They're all just passionate music people, and music people are some of the best possible kinds of people. I've got no reason to ever go up the street. Better selection, and what they don't have, they'll order.
Great customer service while visiting. Jake Young, the Sales Manager was working the acoustic guitar counter, very friendly and conversational, much more so than the GC guys down the street. They had no one in the department, and you had to sit and wait for the sales guy to come unlock the guitars every time you wanted to try one. Took forever. Sam Ash got my business on a new Taylor guitar that my wife just picked up!
Very friendly and helpful staff that make you feel like you should be there when your wife is making you feel like you shouldn’t be.
Product is great, and so are the workers! 10/10
