I rarely give reviews but every time we go in this Sam Ash Columbus store we get great service. We have a teen musician in the family and the staff in both the guitar and drum department have been really nice and really helpful each time. Way better experience than the other nearby guitar store option. We appreciate the customer service, thank you.
