Amazing experience and customer service by staff and management
I brought my Selmer Mark VI saxophone into the Columbus Ohio store to have a leak in the C# bell key cup fixed. Steve Paterson, the repair tech, had the job done in short order, and the horn functions now flawlessly. A month or so later I brought him my intermediate level flute. I suspected it needed a full overhaul, and Steve confirmed my suspicions. The staff was helpful, kind and made me laugh. I have recently started learning to play my deceased husband's guitar and needed new strings. Also, I had a gift card of his from many years ago that I wanted to know if I could still use it. The staff found the strings I needed, kindly figured out the gift card and yes the card was still good. And we had a fun conversation while all this was being done. Thanks.

I have been at Sam Ash several times over the past couple of months for both personal (Christmas) purchases as well as large purchases for my church. The staff, especially Adam and Manager Jake, have been more than helpful, accommodating, resourceful and just all around nice to work with. I could not have asked for a better experience!
