The guys that worked there were incredibly helpful. They knew what they were talking about and didn't try to up-sell my son and I. They spoke with courtesy and were truly interested in music and drums and band. I was impressed for certain!
Sam Ash is my go-to spot whether I need music for myself for my private piano studies or if I'm getting equipment for my worship team at church. They are always helpful and willing to give advice, even when the request may be strange (you'd be surprised what they have in regard to conversion of cables and cords and whatnot). If you tell them what your needs are and what your expertise levels are, they are definitely willing to do their best to help!
Sam Ash is my go to for audio equipment. The staff is knowledgeable and helps me find the right product.
Great customer service, both online and in store. Needed help with a slightly strange request but they were understanding and helped me all the way! Came in and purchased a set of studio monitors. Got the 5” JBLs, that sound Great! Was helped by Ryan who was kind enough to let me listen to the different monitors I was considering. He seemed really knowledgeable about pro audio and recording. High Five Ryan!
