The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a small issue with my purchase after that was unrelated to the store, but they still fixed it super quickly. I'm a fan.
It was great. The store employees introduced themselves to us and made us feel super comfortable. We had just come from another large guitar store and the experience at Sam Ash was way more personable.
