Sam was very helpful from the early stages of searching for a home all the way to the day we received our keys. Initially, we contacted him to get an idea of what sort of cash we needed to bring to the table at the time of closing in addition to our down payment. Sam really made this process very easy and stress free. My parents are first-time home purchasers so they were really nervous at first but Sam explained every part of the process thoroughly and answered any lingering questions we may have had. I have used Sam few times to refinance a house & some investment properties. There are few reasons I love working with him. 1- Honest, what he tells you he will deliver that if not better. 2- Reliable , If you need the deal closed by a certain date he will make it happen. This is my second home loan through Sam. He is responsive, knowledgeable and got me the interest rate I was looking for. Overall he will bend over backwards to get the deal done which you can't put a price on. I recommend Sam to anyone who needs a home loan.
