Sam and his team were a huge part of making our purchase closing very smooth. We had a curveball thrown at us mid close and they were able to help us navigate the process, maintain our interest rate, and close timely. I would highly recommend Sam.

Sam has helped my parents, my sisters, my business partner, and now myself and wife with getting a mortgage. He was always available and giving us advice from pre-approval to post-close, which took out a lot of the guesswork for first-time buyers like us. We were on the phone with Sam regularly throughout this process and he was always happy to take the time to explain what was going on and most of all, always willing to give us advice on the best ways to proceed.

I had started with a lender but checked in with Sam and found that I could get a better rate and lower closing costs. Although there are not large differences in rate and costs among lenders I was pleased to save a few dollars. Also, I'm a stickler for details and as we went through the process I had a number of questions. It was great to have someone who was so responsive - I was always able to reach Sam or an associate immediately and my questions were always clearly answered or followed-up on. Would highly recommend.

Sam and team are fantastic to work with. We worked with Sam over the past year while looking all sorts of loan types depending on the property conditions and left no stone unturned. Sam was extremely knowledgable and if there was a loan type outside of his expertise he had an expert in his network available immediately. At the end of the day it is all about how you communicate with your clients and provide a smooth and transparent process and Sam's team has it down!

Sam executed a loan refinance for me a couple of years ago, and now has executed a new home purchase loan with the same seamless results. Sam and his team are top notch and make the loan process fast and easy. No need to shop around for home loan lenders anymore.
