We had tried a couple of time with a national, high advertising lender to combine our 1st and 2nd mortgaged. We didn’t have any luck for reasons we still don’t understand. Sam’s team was able to get everything done quickly and didn’t come up against any of the problems the “big guys” had. Can’t recommend him highly enough!
