Sam is my go-to lender. I have worked with him on several occasions now and always had a great experience. Great communication with quick responses to questions and concerns. The loan process is explained each step of they way and help is only a phone call or email away. I would highly recommend him.

I used Sam and his team when I purchased my home. He was recommended to me by my agent. This was the first time I was buying a home and had a lot of questions. They patiently answered all my questions and returned my calls when I left messages. I was also impressed with how he searched for my work number and got through to my office when he couldn't reach my cell. His team was so helpful in so many ways! It made the home buying experience less stressful, knowing that everything was being taken care of.

Sam and co were incredibly helpful!!! We used them initially for our mortgage and then again for our refinance. They are such a nice team and tell you step by step what needs to be done. If you have questions they are all super responsive to email or calls! Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!!!

Sam and his team worked overtime to get my work finished fast as I was losing money every day I hadn't completed the mortgage process.
