I worked with Sam and his team as a first time home buyer in MD. He was great to work with and was able to answer all my questions. Although I know he is very busy, he made me feel like we were his top priority. He was recommended to me by boss and I have already recommended him to friends. It can be stressful to buy a house but working with Sam made the process so much smoother!

We’ve moved and bought 4 houses in our life and this was by far the most professional and easy. The periodic updates via email of where we were in the process were extremely helpful. The call from Sam after closing to check on us (while he was heading out of town for vaycay!) was above and beyond. 100% will use him for our next move.

Sam was referred by a close friend. Our very first interaction was great. He was efficent and very timely. Due to the type of loan I needed, Sam referred me to a member of his team who was Robert. This team was great! They walked me through every process, the videos kept me in the loop about each phase of my loan process! They were simply amazing and wonderful to work with. Sam and his crew work really fast and are there for you the whole way through even after closing. From the time I made an offer I immediately started filling out his form online and within minutes he calls me up asking if I need any help and that he is there anytime for me (this was on a Sunday). I had two weeks to close and with Sams fast team we were able to do so in timely manner and at the same time getting me a low interest rate.
