Sam is on top of the process from start to finish, walking you through every step with video helpers if you need it. I've worked with a number of different mortgage brokers and its normally a confusing frustrating process and difficult to ever get a hold of them. Sam answers emails and texts immediately so you always get your answers quickly. I highly recommend him especially if it;s your first time going through the process.
I used to be in the mortgage business so I know a difficult loan when I see one. and I had an extremely difficult loan to get done, self employed, difficult to document income multiple properties etc. I know several brokers and none of them would have had the wherewithal to get this deal done but I knew I could count on Sam, if it was possible, Sam would do it.
