Don’t sell a guitar in store and also sell it online. Easy thing, I’d think.
I bought three shirts from samash.com. None of the shirts fit and they didn’t having sizing information on the website. I called corporate and was told they no longer accept returns. It’s been a waste of time and money. The customer service is terrible. I knew Sammy and Paul Ash - they would be so disgusted with how this company treats people.
I have not gotten any info about my current order from you and I don’t know where my order is and if my order is ready. And i send my message to you but not received any answer from you. Very disappointed and awkward service of you. Bye.
Found out that Sam Ash will not honor their service plans by giving a refund.

Submitted my order online just as the system crashed. My card was charged, but there was no confirmation email or record of an order being placed. Called and had a great experience with customer service who found the record and had the order processed. The guitar arrived promptly, but was a classical not acoustic. Guitar didn't come with its manual or an allen key for the truss rod. Plus it was shipped in a box for ANOTHER brand of guitar. I bought an Epiphone SG and you guys shipped it in a box for a Schecter. I guess this review doesnt matter though, since you're out of business.
I ordered 2 Bose L1 Pro 16 units. The first one arrived the next day, which was great. One week later, the other still had not been shipped. After 2 calls to customer service and my sales rep not returning my call, I contacted the store fulfilling the order. I was told they would call me back with shipping info. After they didn’t call back within a day, I canceled the remaining unit. Very disappointing. I’ll never use Sam Ash again, though it doesn’t really matter, because it’s closing.
