I ordered two sets of guitar strings some pics and saxophone reeds . The order went through. Later I got a call saying that you couldn’t supply the strings because they were “being stolen” from stores. I had ordered this on a gift card so now I’m stuck with a gift card that’s gonna go away in four days because you closing all your stores. If I order anything else, then I have to pay a five dollar shipping fee. I’m glad you’re going out of business. If this is how you treat your customers.
I bought a floor demo of a cajon that was described as including a bag, but it arrived with no bag. I called and they couldn't find it at the store. At the clearance price I guess it was still good price for the actual drum, but since it was a folding travel cajon it's sort of pointless without the bag. I have contacted the manufacturer and scoured the internet, and I can't find a bag that will fit. I probably wouldn't have bought it if I knew there was no bag. And since the store was closing I can't return the drum.
Used speakers,no owners manual and no responses on as to why.
I am buying as much as I can while you guys are still in business. I feel a strong loyalty to Sam Ash and company. I used to visit Paul Ash in Huntington when he ran the store back in the 60s and 70s and I visited Sam on 48th when I was playing at Juilliard. Is there any way you could at least keep a flagship store open for guys like me who go back 60+ years with the company?
