This is all about horrible customer service and lack of attention to detail. This is a big reason why you are now failing. It went through then the next day or so I received a message from the seller (you) saying your warehouse doesn't have this in stock so I would be refunded. The kit was not advertised as used kit when I got it the bass drum had a whole in it and found out it was a store demo which is ok if it worked didnāt have missing parts and a hole in the bass drumĀ
Asked for return label for defective item. James gave run around about computer being down and it will take 30 minutes to get my label. It has been 24 hours and still no label. I was on hold for 30 minutes to get to talk to him. I do not want to have to call back. Stay away from this place.Ā
