I really have only 1 critique in my experience shopping online with Sam Ash, send an email to acknowledge the purchase. Waiting over 24hrs to send shipping info is fine but at least acknowledge the purchase with an email. That's e-commerce 101 baby!
I ordered an item from Sam Ash and they were out of stock, for my inconvenient they sent me a $50.00 egift card. That to me is yrue loyalty. Thanks Sam Ash
Original color was no longer available. They offered another color and I am pleased....Wasn't happy with the phone system. I called in after 8pm after placing my order and was on hold for over an hour. When I got frustrated and pressed option to speak to someone, it went to a voicemail box that wasn't built yet and hung up. Called back in and hit option to speak to rep, who told me Customer Service was closed at 6pm!!!
Item was just as described and it arrived in a timely fashion.
Better communication on delayed deliveries. Needed my triggers for a show.
The price was good, the equipment was overall good quality but the shipping time was extremely disappointing. I wished it didn't take so long to get to us. These days, nothing should take 3 weeks to get in the mail.
I brought my guitar in for a setup as part of my warranty plan and it buzzes like crazy now.
