The first time I ordered there was a glitch. The order didn't go through. I used Ebay to pay. I waited several days and reordered through Amazon. All went well and you still had the item I wanted. It arrived several days before you quoted and in perfect condition. Thank you!
More stoee employees. Online order was fine. Went to store to pick up. Everyone was nice but I had to wait a long time because the poor girl had a backup of customers and I only saw 1 other employee in the store. Employees were as prompt as they could be, was simply understaffed.

Develop the ability for your sales people to help your customers apply for your credit card and services over the phone, like Musician's Friend does. Your sales person could not do this for me.
