I did not receive my package because Jeff did not include my unit number on the label! I chat them last night about it, and told me they will do it first thing in the morning but did not do it. Guitar Center is way better than Sam Ash especially with customer service. I am very disappointed! Will never buy here again.
I placed an order with Evan. The three items were backordered. So far, two have arrived, early, and he let me know, so that was cool. Hopefully I'll hear from him again soon telling me the third item is shipping. No problems, smooth transaction.
Terrible experience trying to order something. First called the store directly and they said they were wrapping up with a customer and give me a call back. Still no phone call. Online was even worst. The online chat support called me and told me I will not get my order even through I paid for it online. Told me it was impossible to get it because it was out-of-stock. When I gave him my order number he goes, oh I guess you are. Online orders should be simple. In the future I will pay extra and order from Prime.

all i can say is i went to the site to look and see if they had an item i was looking for and yep i was in luck they had it in stock so i ordered it bought it and now i'm waiting for it in the mail quick ordering from the site
The store was out of stock of a common item. Yes, I ordered it anyway but with online competition such as Ebay or Sweetwater, I would think your brick and mortar should stock more items.
Called the main line from the app, talked to a nice person, wrong dept, then arrogant person who sent me to another arrogant person who literally told me to shut up. Then he said if it isn’t on the site they don’t have it and to call stores and see if any of them have it. I purchased a very expensive guitar and took advantage of their credit offer of 0% for 48 months. There were only 80 of these guitars made. It was a Christmas present to myself. Upon receiving the guitar there were 2 cracks at the neck joint. One on each side. The manufacturer will not honor their warranty as they claim it happened in shipping.
