I order a keyboard that I was expecting. Took about a week for me to get an email that I was not getting the product. Contacted the director who send me the email. He told me that they didn't have the product nd it was cancel. Two days later my account was charged fr the product. Took days to get in contact with someone and now working to get my money back.
It's was ok overall, I was just upset that I order a seat that said it was available on the website and then was told like a day and a half maybe two days later it wasn't available, I then had to buy a more expensive seat because none were close to that price, I emailed right away once I placed the order that to see if it was possible to still ship the seat with the drum kit since I gave plenty of time in the day to see if it would get done and didn't get a response til the following day not answering my question but just sa... read more
The item said instock ready to ship. After waiting for 10 days I called and the guy was really nice and told me he would check. The next morning I got an email telling me that it was out of stock. I called and got a woman who was very short with me and didn't seem to care one bit. I know we are in a pandemic but they should have known in a few days that they couldn't fulfil the order and delayed me from getting a part I needed for 10 days.It took my call to them to even get them to check. I did like the store layout and also there was a good selection of products to choose from in each dept. my problem is that the store was way under staffed and couldn't properly help customers because when your in the check out line and there's only one staff member at the register, their constantly interrupted by customers asking question or needing help with an item. the staff member has to keep starting over with the customer their originally helping. all i'm saying you need more staff on the floor to help customers with ... read more

I ordered a WAZA-AIR Wireless Personal Guitar Amplification System from Samash.com. I checked the order the next day, since it did not ship. In the online chat, I was told the item was backordered. Got transferred to Customer service. I tried to cancel the order, but the representative told me it just came back in stock. He said it should be shipped within 24-48 hours.
