Was An MF customer and was not happy with customer service. Customer service at Sam Ash was very good. CS reps should always point out any special discounts available, that alone will bring people back time and time again.
Got with items I wanted. Y'all $7.00 higher than Amazon. But, they don't offer PayPal.
Fast and Responsive CS! Free Shipping! The setup of my new Epi SG was very nice. Started playing the instrument right away with just a tune up. The only criticisms I have is that the consumer pays shipping costs on return items. I had to return a gig bag (cost $29 for bag). Over $12 for return, so maybe I should have kept it to sell elsewhere. Also, when you buy a new case for your ax, buy a case specifically made for your instrument. I ordered 2 Hughes and Kettner 1 x 12 guitar cabinets and have yet to receive them. It has been at least a month and not even a courtesy email with some kind of update.
Do not! I repeat do not use fed ex for delivery. They left my Taylor acoustic guitar outside on my stoop. No notice did not ring bell no signature. $1000 could have been stolen. Ridiculous.
Ordered online. Delivery as promised.
I don't need a follow email, along with a follow up PHONE CALL, every time I buy some strings.
Look at the other retailers and offer broader selection on Major Brands the reason I bought from Sam Ash is that they had the instrument that the other retailers did not have and would not get
