I ordered three pairs of drumsticks which had been discontinued. I received two pair. I contacted Customer Service and a credit was quickly issued for the missing pair. Thanks, Jordan!

One of the products I purchased I decided to unbox when I got to my car, good thing. It apparently had been previously opened and parts were missing. People in the store were nice about it and took it right back, but it was the only one in stock.

My guitar was shipped on time. Looks great, plays great. No damage, not even a scratch. Was surprised to find a photo of my guitar on the conveyor line at Sam Ash in with the guitar. Thought that was cool!
