I visited Sam Ash on July 25, 2022 and I received excellent customer service from both of the guys working there. They helped me obtain (probably the last one in the state) a Shure Handheld microphone kit. Because of their quick thinking and quick customer service skills, I was able to do the A/V for our conference this year with over 600+ people in attendance. Much praise to those guys and I hope they get an extra paid vacation day or something this year. Thanks again, Mike
