I cannot explain how excited my granddaughter was to get her Gretsch. She has waited (patiently, I might add) for the past six years for the day to happen. Now that it has, she has a hard time putting the Gretsch down to do anything. The box was pristine (no dents, no mishandling) and when she first played on it, the sound was perfect. You did wonderfully and my granddaughter definitely appreciates how quickly it arrived. She will be in love with it for years to come.
Everything went smooth in my purchasing experience. Individual who assisted my went the extra mile to find my product & I received the product earlier than expected. Another big thing...it was really package well. A great experience.
