I ordered a drum set for my grandson's birthday. I thought it would not arrive until after his birthday, but we got it the very next day, and 2 days before his birthday. He was so excited!! Also, when I had an issue with placing the order, I called, and the person I talked with at Sam Ash was very helpful and professional. Great experience all the way around!

Amazing products and accessories they got in stores for new comers or those that want to learn for the first time and all mostly all are NEW equipment fresh boxed up. I got myself a pioneer DDJ200 and works great I’ll be soon to upgrade to a DDJ REV 1 and will for sure be heading back because guitar center is just not it
My concern was the out of 2 items ordered only 1 was actually new. These items were listed as new NOT used. The open item was missing a part. The part sent to me did not work thus returned 1 item. It's ok if something is used please list it as such.

They had an item I needed that no one else seems to have in stock. Unsure how - but I'm grateful. They couldnt find it at one stored (MIA) so they sent it as a floor model from another store. I received a discount for it being a floor model. SO - Im very thrilled!
