My initial experience was not great. I received a call From Sara, the store Gen. Mgr. She assured me that she would make things right, and did she ever. I ended up buying the guitar that I wanted( she had to do some hunting for me to find it.) and I now am a LOYAL SAM ASH customer because of her. I bought the Gibson G45 studio from Sam Ash it's a Great guitar for a great price, supper fast shipping arrived in two days, well packaged with expert set up.
Ordered in mid January and it went straight to backorder. I was notified beginning of March that the guitar had come in and was on the way. New guitar arrived that Friday in perfect condition.

The guitar I wanted was hard to find, but Sam Ash had it. Packed straight from the ESP factory, delivered with care in a Fedex car, not a box truck. Awesome service. Unfortunately I didn't make this order on my existing Sam Ash account identity. Don't know if that matters.
I found what I wanted on your site, it had a good description and reviews. I ordered it for my Grandson's Birthday coming up in a few weeks and my Daughter thought I should have ordered from Amazon to make sure it would come in time. I was very pleasantly surprised that they sent out an email right away that it would be coming soon, I believe it was the next day that I got a "shipped" email and to expect it within a few days!
