Ordering was easy. Package came pretty quickly. I have no complaints...
I did my research before I ordered my keyboard so there were few questions that needed answering. The few questions I did have were answered knowledgeably and patiently. Since I am new at playing a musical instrument I found the salesman very helpful and eager to be of service. I will be coming back for additional service in the future and will tell all my friends about my experience at Sam Ash.

The item I wanted was not available due to manufacturer supply difficulties. But a Sam Ash agent (Aaron Calabrese) helped me out with personalized assistance and found me a better alternative, helped me with a weird shipping situation, and just generally made me feel happy to be a continuing long time Sam Ash customer.
The cymbal I ordered made my drummer very happy! He said it was a great price and just what he wanted.
Not so great. The box was taped kinda poorly and the keyboard arrived with a huge dent on the top of it.
