Absolutely terrible, I felt scammed. I'm not sure this should be called an aquarium, what a disgrace. Super dirty for the customers and even dirtier for those poor fish and sea life. Left depressed.

Dirty, small, unkept, expensive. Many exhibits not labeled. Odd arcade areas and ball pit.

No care for the animals and employees look like they're there just to get paid, not to provide a loving home for these animals.

We had a birthday part for my granddaughter and it went fairly well. The attendant stopped by often to help out when needed but wasn't a party host who organized the party for you. This Wa done all on your own. The pizza was pretty good. All in all it's a nice place but I wouldn't have a party there again. Dry expensive for a non hosted party.

I do not understand why I spent $40 bucks to get in...and then if I wanted to do anything else extra, it would be an additional 20 bucks here, 20 bucks there. And if they can't get you to spend money upfront, then they will make sure you walk with your kids through the arcade, walk past a bounce house and walk out through the gift shop. Oh yea...there were some sting rays and a million lemurs.

I literally kept calling before anyone would pick up the phone. And when someone finally did, she was rude and hung up on me as I was asking a question.

If I could give 0 I would. They have a bunch of lemurs, a few rabbits, two wallaby's and more furry animals. It's way too small for these animals made me want to cry. There's a good size "bounce house" area and an arcade. Their priorities need to be on the animals. Even some of the reptile and water animals were just too small for the amount of fish (etc..) in a tank. Also they need to have people wait to enter the place was overly crowded. Makes me wonder we're the 22$ entrance money goes. Then if you want to interact with ... read more

Super small. Wallpaper for greenery inside the enclosures instead of actual plants or even fake trees. Concrete floors. Crowded tanks. Just super sad. You walk out of there feeling bad for the animals instead.

I don't even know where to start. From the minute you walk in the staff is on their phone and absolutely clueless to customers standing there. When asked about where to buy food or what animals are there, they have no clue. Throughout the entire aquarium I saw maybe 2 employees around that were too busy to help anyone out. The place is dirty, rundown and truly sad. The animals are in small dirty and unfitting enclosures, the "animal food " the offer for the alligators is literally dog kibble. The birds outside are starving a... read more
