I don't even know where to start. From the minute you walk in the staff is on their phone and absolutely clueless to customers standing there. When asked about where to buy food or what animals are there, they have no clue. Throughout the entire aquarium I saw maybe 2 employees around that were too busy to help anyone out. The place is dirty, rundown and truly sad. The animals are in small dirty and unfitting enclosures, the "animal food " the offer for the alligators is literally dog kibble. The birds outside are starving a... read more

Had such a great time with my family here. Highlights: -There's a lot of animals you can touch -Staff was friendly and encouraged us in the animals space -this was a blast with the family Lowlights -the layout of the space is awkward.

I've been to a couple of aquariums and this one is not that impressive. I would call it a basement fish storage location. Highlight was the feeding of the rays. Even the gift shop seemed outdated. Sorry but I did not enjoy

Please read a honest review about this place: It feels like a horders aquarium. Is it nice? Maybe, to the naked eye. But look closer. This "Aquarium" has tortoises, lemurs, llamas, birds.. even a dinosaur area. The places where the animals are kept are not good for the animals either. They're kept like pets in tanks, or in cages. Nothing to make it look like how they're supposed to in the wild. It needs to either be a bigger building, or make it an actual aquarium. And take proper care of the animals. I would consider going ... read more

I had the best time here at this place from the moment I walked in to the moment I left everyone was very kind and helpful in every way they had a lot for the kids to do it was my grandson's third birthday and he had a blast and that just meant the world to me. I will definitely recommend this place. We will be back soon!

Terrible. The enclosures are in horrendous condition. The animals look sad. I deeply regret going here and I suggest that you don't.

This place does not take care of their animals at all. Horrendous smell as soon as you walk in and it continues throughout the building. Pitiful enclosures for the animals, no bedding or floor coverage for most. Just tiled floor....for exotic animals. No walk around room for their tortoises or gators. The aquariums are so jam packed with fish it's so so sad. They had a lion fish in this cylindrical container directly across the sting ray enclosure that had no fresh air or water movement and so much algae buildup. Most of the... read more
