I love aquariums and make a point to visit as many as I can but this place sucks. The only positive thing is that my kids are young enough to not notice how much this place sucks. No social distancing first of all so everyone was packed like a can of sardines. It's incredibly overpriced. I paid $120 for 50 tokens and 40 tokens went to the sloth encounter which was a poor excuse for a 3 minute meet and greet. The sloth keeper talked so fast and literally pushed us out the door. My daughter fed her 4 carrots and one piece of l... read more

Seeing the animals some looked over stressed scared. Letting people in one after other poor animals in small little areas baby kangaroos placed with a porcupine. Over priced no educational info on any area about any of the animals. The coins are over the top expensive as well. Never again

I was very disappointed in this aquarium, as soon as you walk in your hit with a awful smell. The tanks need to be cleaned for sure! This place is very small and not worth the price

Half the exhibits are still closed They push you to buy the "tokens" for the site. I should have known it would be a total scam. The tokens are $3 a piece and are supposed to be able to be used through the place. What they don't tell you is that the exchange value isn't even. Your $3 token is only worth $2 in value on redemption. So we stopped to get some food - 2x Pizza, chips and a drink. $7.99 each - cost 8 total tokens. So, $24 instead of $16. Same thing for the gift shop at the end - a $15 stuffed and animal and $5 toy ... read more

Pepe not impressed at all with this place. The entire business is predicated upon selling tokens in order for you to experience encounters with animals that's don't belong in an aquarium! Very little actual sea life and half the smaller aquariums were empty or at least appeared to be. Parents beware, you have to walk through the middle of a huge arcade to access the majority of the aquarium! Just what a parent wants when going to the aquarium (sarcasm clearly noted). I won't be back and I am sure the zoo has a better aquariu... read more

This place is awful! They don't have the proper space or care for these animals. There is NO staff is seems to supervise customers with the animals. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!!! There's dead jellyfish and looks like a lot of the animals are dying or depressed! Those poor animals in those small cages and small tanks. This place should be shut down.

It's just so sad that a place for animal education is so poorly ran. The animals are in such small enclosures with so many of them.. I understand caring for so many animals can be difficult but why take on more than you can chew? Also employees commenting on TikTok trying to spread false information about animals! Absolutely ridiculous. Zoos and Aquariums were built around the idea of educating people about wild animals, but man so they fail epically.

expected the animals to have better shelter and the space they deserve but it's for profit and they don't care for the poor animals

I wish I could rate this place with negative stars. Absolutely unacceptable environments for all those poor animals in there, 100% animal cruelty...! Extremely poor living conditions for animals, many of them are kept in small, crowded (up to 15 iguanas in ONE habitat?!!) dirty, dimly lit cages/ tanks. many of the animals can be handled there (without staff supervision) which causes them lots of stress. You will leave heartbroken and not to mention the prices make it a place definitely not worth visiting, this so called "aqua... read more
