Eh over priced and mainly sting rays. For cheaper it would be worth it. Other than that it's too expensive

I was so in shock how much better this one is than the Austin one. Had a great time, used a Groupon.

You're supposed to leave these kinds of places with a renewed respect for animals but this one just left me sad as hell. Dirty, small, smelly, and dark. There are HUGE animals in tiny habitats, such as fish, a giant boa, and a Cane Toad, the largest toad in the world, which in the wild travel over a mile a day. The poor thing is living in a 2' x 1' x 1' terrarium so he cant even stretch his giant legs! Lemurs in cages with no windows under dark fluorescent lights. Just sad. For the amount we pay per person for entry there is... read more

This Aquarium ia difficult to review. I tend to enjoy just about any aquarium and they are all completely different. This one is inside a building and the entrance fee is very reasonably priced. However, to anyone not familiar with this particular aquarium -- the entrance fee is low because they get you with the tokens. Yes, tokens unlock the true experience and without them this aqarium is probably a 2.5 star. So you walk in, pay for your entrance, and then get asked how many tokens you want. The tokens aren't really mentio... read more

Kind of a small aquarium but definitely worth the $15 admission. Be aware that all the animal interactions cost at least 1 token ($3 per token). Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can touch lots of animals free of cost and the bounce house is included in admission! Lots of fun for our 3 year old and us too! The octopus and sting ray were our favorite.

This place was such a surprising gem. I assume people will be annoyed at the prices. The actual amount of aquarium real estate is small, but there is all sorts of other animal interactions you can never experience anywhere else but they all cost more money on top of the entry price. If you come here willing to spend money you will have an amazing time. There's also a room full of inflatable bounce houses after you are done doing all the animal interactions. We went with zero expectations as we were visiting San Antonio for o... read more

DO NOT COME HERE DURING COVID! we spent a lot of money and paid full price while majority of the things we went for were closed. To make things worse, I was told I was not allowed to jump in the moon bounces with my 2 year old son. So he didn't get to jump because he was scared to go in alone. I felt horrible telling him we couldn't go play when we paid a lot of money to get in. I am 4 foot 10 inches tall and weigh 115 pounds, I am smaller than a lot of teenagers that are allowed to jump yet I still couldn't jump with him. W... read more

It's Texas...and I've been to some of the best aquariums in the world. I'm reviewing this location on its own merits - not comparing it to "everywhere else". My grandchildren had such a great time! All of the touch tanks are amazing. When we finally convinced one to touch a stingray, it was tough to drag him away. The carp were a huge hit too. I loved the salt water tanks. Having birds and other little creatures was an added bonus we didn't expect. Fun afternoon.

Eh, it was alright. Took total 22 mins to walk around Everything. That's with an 8 month old and curious 5 yr old. Still paid full price for half of the " exhibits " considering outside was closed entirely. To return or not to return ... probably won't return ‍
