Zero communication I completed my app 11 days ago, uploaded all documentation the following business day, and paid for both appraisals (two loans - one purchase and one refi) that same day. 11 days later I’ve heard back from no one, despite my inquiries. I don’t know what to do other than go someplace else. I’m a well qualified borrow. Frustrating.

Very poor follow up I was trying to refinance to a VA Streamline 30 yr. fixed rate. I was told by Loan Officer that rate was locked. Later in the process for 2 days I tried to reach Loan Officer. After 4 emails & two voice mails, I finally was forced to leave a message with Branch Manager. Twenty minutes later the Loan Officer finally calls and is filled with excuses, but not one single apology. End result, rate was never locked. Market moved 1.75% higher. Overall a very bad experience!

Keep harassing me Their rate is .75% higher than I’m being quoted at a nearby bank. When I told them I’d like them to take my name off the list they’ve ignored me and keep calling. When I call back it’s not even a real number. Stay away from them, they don’t deserve your business.

Strung along for 30 days to be denied! I have a 780 credit score. I was buying a 2nd home in another state. We have plenty of income and rocking credit scores. My issue isn't that they didn't want to do business with us.*.the issue is they strung us along for a whole flipping month. I submitted every document they needed within 24 hours of the application. It was there worsted Don’t go through these people very mean they just want your credit card to charge a appraisal and then never get back with you and don’t give you your appraisal that you paid for just wanted everyone to know how I was treated and ripped off 500 dallars thank you

Mutual of Omaha Worst company to work for. The operations mgr has wife working with him who is the office mgr. how is that fare. Oh yeah by the way cousin works for operations mgr. they need to get rid of friends and family. And they know who I’m talking about

Extremely Rude I have never had any one call me so many times a day with having an incorrect number. He has left me several voicemails to which I did not respond as he was asking for a different person. When I answered the last time, he wouldn't advise me who he was, and when I asked him why he was calling me multiple times, he wouldn't give me a reason. Terrible Experience AVOID I started a Refinance through this company MONTHS ago. It has been a circus ever since. One thing after another(multiple inspections/repairs), with no end in sight. On top of that they're terrible at communication. It was common to go an entire week without hearing from my loan processor. Mortgage broker My Mortgage Broker Dustin Fryer did not explain what an FHA Loan was. He was VERY rude and dismissive. I WOULD NOT recommend Mutual of Omaha for any kind of Mortgage!!!!
