NOT IMPRESSED Our loan officer was wonderful. He went above and beyond for us. I would recommend him to anyone. HOWEVER, the rest of the bank is in disarray. The underwriting processor asked for the same documents 3 times in a 5 day period. She did not return phone calls either. The day of closing we still didn't have our HUD closing papers to the title company till 5:00 pm and our appointment was at 4:00pm. Good start and then they lost interest Within a few seconds of submitting my request on lending tree I received a call from Bridgeview and spoke to a very pleasant lady. sent her all of my financials and within a day or so we had been approved for a very large loan. When it came to us making an offer on a property and talking specifics things took a turn.
