Move along Called me (mistake listing my #). Put me on hold (another mistake I shall not make again). "Banker" Aaron seemed young, cocky & has to learn how to deal with customers whom have experience with mortgages. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

BBMC & Renu Jutla I worked with Renu and she was great at following up with me anytime of the day I asked her to. As late as 9PM PST while she is in Chicago! Only problem is their rates and fees are higher. I give Renu Jutla credit for being able to be in such constant contact with my busy schedule. Although she was a bit upset I went with another bank which had a better rate, which she should be understanding about. If you can get a good rate Id recommend her since she is always there to communicate and get things done.

Caveat Emptor I would not recommend this mortgage company at all. They tried to sell me a refinance package at 3.375%. On or around August 3rd, I showed them that I could get a rate of 3.25%, they promised me that they would match it and reduce some of the closing costs. I agreed to those terms, which they provided me on a non-HUD-approved worksheet. However, on August 6, 2015, they ask me to sign sent me a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) on the HUD-approved form for the original rate of 3.375%! I promptly told them of the error, ... read more

Don't bother! Explained to Mortgage Rep that was I changing jobs and would likely wait - he insisted it could be done. In the end, it wasn't done and I was out $500 appraisal fee. I will never do business with this company again and will recommend to all friends and family to stay away.

Watch out! Everything started out fine with great customer service. Then my agent started to get a little pushy and car-salesman-y. That should have been my first clue but I ignored it. Submitted the myriad of paperwork and everything seemed fin***.until I got denied and they wanted me to apply for a different loan and finance even more than I wanted to. Harassed I have been called 6 times in 2 days by these guys. The first person I told that I didn't have time that day. He called me back 2 hours later, I told him to not call me again. I got called 2 hours after that, I told that man not to call me again. That man told me that I was "going to get a lot of calls". I got called 2 hours after that, I ignored the call. I got called again this morning, I told that man that I want off their calling list. He assured me I would not be called again. I guess we'll have to see....

Don't trust Bridgeview mortgage bank They are very slow, repeat ly asked for the same documents many time and called you to check on very credit cards you have. Their people are not responsive. They called you every day until i applied the loan with them and that when my nightmare started. Florinda promised my loan will close early and within 10 days. Unfortunately, my closing is due and they didn't brother to call to tell what was going on. I left her many voice mail and didn't event return a phone call on the closing date.... read more
