Absolutely terrible experience I've spent weeks having my time wasted with them dragging their feet, ineffectively communicating what they need, not knowing or seemingly understanding FHA requirements and asking for documents they've had for weeks with a renewed sense of urgency although I have zero faith that they even know what they are reviewing or asking for. Delays, Extensions, and Incompetence They have required several extensions to our contract. Delayed responses, multiple requests for the exact same files, etc. General, serious, and shocking incompetence. This experience has been a major headache.
1. It would be easier to talk 1. It would be easier to talk about what could be improved... any changes to discussions should be in writing and understood... I still do not understand where, what and to whom, payouts went to?2. The lady at the closing, the notary, was, and I quote those in the office where we closed, "she was a bitch". No one could believe how rude she was, how obnoxious she was, or how non customer service oriented she acted... it was as if she was forced to do the closing for free, an was totally put out
Not so good Talked to a guy named Joey a very rude guy cut me off in mid sentence and wouldn't listen cocky and arrogant I will never deal with this company again
Constant Annoyance within seconds of just trying to look at some rates i was plastered with calls. mainly from this company and even after telling them i cannot talk before 5pm i was still incessantly called. Possibly the most annoying online application experience of my life.
Unprofessional I had o get refinanced my houses couple months ago. At the beginning everything started very good. Once it get to point to that he words was nnot getting real . Sending a notary public in my house without my knowledge and just told me the nite before . Sending me messages in a unappropriate days and hours (Sunday 9pm) and with another different processor a woman that’s not even on the list on this company . Not a good experience! I have a file that just sat because this loan officer held on the the borrower's paperwork for weeks without submitting it to underwriting because HE felt he needed more information about the borrower state to state transfer upfront when HE could have given the file to underwriting and had it stipped out with all the final conditions including the transfer letter as a final approval condition.
Unethical Representative I would not recommend this company! Chris Harlan, the rep with MOM scheduled a call with me to discuss products for a Home Equity loan and then blew me off and never called as he stated. Next, He obtained my credit report without authorization and stated Lending Tree gave him the authorization and he didn't need my permission. I believe is company is a joke Process was long drawn out and simply put end result was not satisfied with the amount of communication between myself and your team members..
