Unprofessional Mortgage Bankers After submitting my information to Lending Tree, I was of course inundated with calls. We were fortunate to quickly find someone that could help us. I received a call from Allen Trochowski from Mutual of Omaha. I let him know that we found someone and to please remove us from the call list. He hung up on me and then sent me an email that read YOUR LOSS in the subject line. I was shocked by the extreme unprofessional behavior displayed by a trusted member of the Mutual of Omaha Team.
Horrible We were refinancing our to pull some cash out . I am currently enrolled in a debt management program to help with credit card . The process for the refinance has been going on now for 2 months ! After doing the home appraisal and settling on the payment and cash out amount the loan processor informed me that she plans on taking all the money for our cash out to pay off credit cards. It was an awful experience from the start They never follow through nor return phone calls. No way to conduct business. I have spoken with numerous people and each and everyone of them is incompetent
Non professional It was terrible they gave us a run around for 2 months from our closing dat*.week after week it was something n**.we boxed all our stuff up to move and 2 months later they needed another 2 wee**.we paid for 2 appraisals for not****.this place is terrible

Do NOT use Never use this company. They pay no attention to detail and have a total disregard for deadline dates. Close dates that they request mean absolutely nothing to them and in turn you will not make your close date. Hence no new home. Just a huge loss of time, money and your good name cause the sellers will never believe the deal will be sealed. Find another lender.

WORST of many lender interactions BBMC was my worst experience lender of the many that contacted me after I registered with Lending Tree. The first interaction was so frustrating and uncomfortable that I didn't even bother sending in documents to get a rate quote, which other lenders gave me quickly with far less hassle. Does not respond I was contacted almost immediately after completing the online form through Len********.com by a very nice representative of this company. He sent me a link to the online application which I completed. It has been 2 weeks today and I have not heard back from him.
