My Mom has dementia and broke her hip. She was sent to SD Post-Acute. She has been very neglected and we are trying desperately to get her released which seems to be a bunch of ridiculous red tape. She lives in a home where she will have love,support and physical therapy yet they are trying to keep her there to fill the bed. I wish I could give negative stars because that is what this place deserves completely lack professionalism education and safety at this awful place. if you care at all about your loved one do not place them here also it seems as if though no one speaks English at all!!!! There is no accountability by management nurses are mostly over stretched as well as CNA's charge nurses are good at sitting.
