I came by to see how the facility was run and if it was suitable for a family member or friend. I was kindly greeted by Heather the Social Services Director and she gave me a full tour. She showed me such genuine kindness with no time restraints and thoroughly answered all my questions. I was also introduced to a funny, hard working activities director named Jerome. Knowing these two are here makes me give this facility 5 stars and I Highly recommend anyone looking to give this location a try.

My dad had been in the facility for nearly 5 years. There was a change in ownership in the last few months, but the care seems to be just as good as ever. I am most happy with the nursing staff and I cant rave loud enough regarding the nursing care. The Nurses and Respitory therapists have been great!!! My dad always received loving care. I cant recomend the physical theripy as i have never been happy with that area. I only moved my dad because I live 140 miles away from the nursing home and I need to be closer so that I c... read more

0 stars! I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Don't be fooled by the lobby or administration! Dinner many times was a dry Sandwich with1 piece of meat and lettuce. We've heard the nurses cuss and give orders to the patents. The toilet seat and wheelchairs are broken and unsafe. There are over 20 people left sitting in a room to torment each other with no staff. The individual in their care has been left sitting in poop. More than 1 fall that has now put that person back in the hospital with a broken leg. Took a over a... read more

"I am writing this to warn other families: DO NOT trust this facility with your loved ones. My 97-year-old father, who has dementia, suffered multiple falls while under their care, resulting in a fractured rib. When I asked for explanations, the staff claimed they 'saw nothing,' which is a complete failure of supervision. What is even more infuriating is the arrogance of the administration. Instead of taking responsibility for their negligence, the directors had the audacity to blame me, suggesting the injuries happened duri... read more

This place needs more help! They RARELY answer the phone at the nurses station, and I had a pizza delivered to my friend there for his 61st birthday. I just called and an hour later it's STILL sitting at the front desk!!!!!

Care overall, they just put the patients in wheelchairs and let 'em go. My partner got a UTI infection. Because they didn't keep her clean, she had dementia, and now she's in hospice, and she's going to die, they killed her

This place is horrible. Room was crammed with 3 patients. Nurses could care less. Given pain meds and wasn't in pain. Photos of rooms shown are not even remotely close to reality. TV so low on the wall the patients can't see it. I mean WTF. the quality of care is non existent. I bet a lot of people lose their life there Asked front desk which way to go and seemed bothered I asked.
