Only giving a 2 star because some of the staff were amazing. The nurses were awesome, physical therapist. My sister was there two weeks. She experienced different care. In module 2 they were ok. In module 4 they were amazing. The doctor in charge I never met him but he sounded like he should be in a different field. #noheart. The facility looks under staffed. The administration faculty could use a little more sense of humanity. After all they are dealing with peoples health and lives. They accused my sister of not doi... read more

My mother was transported here last night @10pm noone came to greet her or check in on her pain. She texted me later at night to let me know she was in pain and noone had came to check in on here since she got there. So i called and asked the nurse how my mother was doing and she immediately said "she is fine, comfortable and in no pain." I then said well she just told me that she is in pain and uncomfortable due to the broken bed they put her in. My mother is there due to issue with her L1 bone in spine. I then asked for he... read more

My grandfather got thrush from this nasty facility, he got so sick we discharged him and just hired nurses to take care of him at home. My grandfather didnt just get thrush but Mrsa .. they put him in a room with another patient who had Mrsa, grandfather ended up getting it. The nurses are incompetent, I truly wish there was an option to give 0 stars. If you want your loved one to suffer or die, this is the facility to go to. They've been reported to the county, any suspicious activity dont hesitate to report, this place... read more

I am giving one star to this place because zero it's not an option. This place smells bad, nurses talk in their own language and you cannot understand what they are talking about. My dad was admitted to San Diego post acute after a hip replacement and that one night he stayed there he wasn't happy at all. He mentioned that he kept calling the nurses and no one would answer him. Second day of him staying there, the nurses did not care that my dad was deep sleeping for more than 7 hours and they didn't take this issue serious ... read more

I'm giving San Diego Post Acute one star only because zero stars is not an option. My mom has dementia and is recovering from a broken hip. They've basically left her with a call button to use for help. She doesn't understand what a call button is for. She keeps puling her hip restraint off and trying to pull her tubes out and saying that she is in pain. No one helped. I told them three times she was uncomfortable and or in pain. I told the nurse that she was uncomfortable She was there for three hours, no pain meds. I fina... read more

My friend has broken three bones in a year including her hip at this facility. She is in the memory impaired unit. All her clothing that she came in with has been stolen. When we reported this, they said we needed to provide them with receipts to be reimbursed. Really ? All items were inventoried when she arrived. We have wanted to replace them but her family tells us the items will just be stolen again. My friend also speaks Spanish and most of the staff does not. She is completely isolated, neglected and depressed. ... read more

My Mom has dementia and broke her hip. She was sent to SD Post-Acute. She has been very neglected and we are trying desperately to get her released which seems to be a bunch of ridiculous red tape. She lives in a home where she will have love, support and physical therapy yet they are trying to keep her there to fill the bed. My sister and I have documented unsanitary conditions as well as not being changed. We also notice that she is not being fed or given fluids enough. I have documented each time I have been unable to fi... read more
