I would like to start by thanking Ms. Navarro, social service director for her professionalism. She answered all of our questions and concerns, my grandma was discharged home and has been doing wonderful. I would also like to thank Ms. Stephanie for all of her help as well regarding her discharge, it was a smooth transition. Our sincere thanks to the wonderful nurses.

My mother in law was discharged home today and I cannot find the words to express our appreciation to the amazing staff at this facility. They work so hard and still are very caring, efficient and helpful! We only were able to come in a few times before the global pandemic started, and their professionalism at handling their COVID-19 protocol was impressive. A building this size and not a single COVID positive patient case. Not only did you take excellent care of my family, but of all the patients around you! Go SDPAC!!!

I want to thank the incredible staff here for taking exceptional care of my grandma! Not only is this one of the cleanest skilled nursing facilities i've ever come across (excellent job infection control and house keeping), but the staff are also incredibly attentive. It's so important to I know that your loved one is in good hands when you aren't around and I have that relief knowing that when she's here . Vanessa and the team at station one always update me and provide amazing care and service . Jerome is beyond excellent, he make every interaction with the patients very personal and doesn't treat them liKe numbers . Being one of the employees of this facility , i would honestly say this is one of the BEST Facilities i have worked at. Being in a dementia care unit , many had said... this would be the most difficult and a very challenging experience. I been kicked , slapped , spit on, called names i never heard of by Residents, but i continued to want to become a NURSE to provide the best care the residents need. My aunt stayed here for a little over a month to get rehab and get stronger before going back home. The rehab team here is great! The nursing staff were also so friendly and cares for my aunt very well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a care facility to send your loved one to!

Vanessa the nurse in area 4 was great for the short time I was in that area. Lala in area 2 one of the best nurses I ever met. Lala is down to earth and grts to know the patients in her care. Joyce the nurse on the afternoon shift is also a great nurse. Reyna the afternoon nurse is toos in her shift, even when she a few double shifte in a row.
