Lovely decor, very welcoming! Waiter made excellent suggestions! Manager ckecked on us. Cocktails were perfect, good wine selection!
We went to Sandbar for our 30th anniversary for an intimate dinner. Everyone was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Food was great, especially the pastrami salmon and it was a very nice touch to receive complimentary champagne at the end of our meal.
The Sandbar is located in the historic and charming town of Cold Spring Harbor. The atmosphere is wonderful. I felt like I was sitting in a restaurant in the Hamptons with the bleached wood floors, high planked ceilings and the open space. The waiter was attentive and helpful. We came during restaurant week, so menu was reasonably priced for good quality and delicious meal. Service was very good, our waitress warm and attentive. Definitely come back.
The Tuna Tartare and Chick Pea Fries were delicious and they have special prices on Sundays between 3-6pm on appetizers and wine which made everything all the better....Delicious!
We went this restaurant for "Long Island Restaurant week" and we enjoyed the menu, food, services and wines. Just a little comment for the desert that. they are much too sweet. However, we satisfied and come back again for any time.
Enjoyed immensely; however - the noise level is not "energetic" - it's down right too loud. Seated at a table for 2 and could not hear conversation.
Great food! Love the decor, too!
