The first time I went to sanitas in Kendall for an anual check up; a couple of hours later, sanitas send the police to my house! They gave me a BAKER ACT for no reason! And I end up 3 days in a psychiatric facility. They started to gave me medication that I never used or needed, they not only ruined my life but my mental health. THIS PEOPLE ARE ABUSING OF THE BAKER ACT! And since then; I wear a psychiatric.
Dont waste your time with making an appointment. I booked an appt. several weeks out only to find they they booked me with a PA and didbt tell me nor did they tell me he wasnt in network with my insurance company. They i made an appt for a dr in network for another date since they wouldnt let me keep the dame appt day and time. Then to make matter worse they change the new appt on me on their own to a new date stating the doctor i made the appt with wont be in. Zero stars!!! They like to play games and there's no way to directly communicate with the medical office, you have to speak to a call center, wait up to two days to speak to someone and then they still don't resolve your issue!!! What kind of medical company is this?! My free Obamacare insurance was way better than actually paying $100/mo for **** insurance and sanitas is full of **** !! Don't bother calling for a referral or a prescription for a lab!!! agents don't have a fax number and wanted you(the patient) to call the lab or provider,get the number and call back!!!! The agents want you do do their job?even if that's the same lab used for years??? meaning the info should be in the system.They (called 4 times got the same results)didn't even tried to help.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I visited Sanitas in Kendall on Tuesday 03/09/2021. The doctor prescribed me Chantix and wrote the prescription a certain way which the pharmacy stated they needed to speak to the doctor. I called the 844 number 6 times and left messages on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday the insurance called on Thursday and the pharmacy called over 4 times. So so disorganized. Very clean and nice clinic BUT their administration side is so so horrible that you just want to kill yourself. The person who answers the phone is so low energy and asks stupid questions. I say the doctor said she will call me back in 10 minutes and now it is 3 days later he asks so would you like her to call you back?
