Bad service. I had an appointment at 10am, i came 20 mn before, they made me wait for 2 hours before I can see a doctor.
This company requires proof of income to bill you. So if the insurance doesn’t cover it you have to show your tax forms to get how much you are going to get billed. This is unethical and unprofessional Do not use them.
Absolutely THE WORST...First went to office appt at 12:45..not one person in there yet took an hour to see the Doctor. I had a spot removed on my face so I was all bandaged up znsbyold by dermo yo leave patch on for 7 days. Dr ****** tried to take it off do he cfg o huh of look at it.WHY THE HELL would you take off a sealed waterproof bandage thats not yo be remove just to take a look. Consistently unprofessional. Fail constantly to give referrals and poor customs service
The worst Clinic in US. It takes for ever to get a referral. I asked for one in June 2021 and it was approved on January 2022 when I was not longer taking Florida Blue. Call Center is horrible. The completely staff are a bunch of lazy. When I went to see Dr. Daniella Nguyen for my lower back surgery pre op she said it was great to here I would have my gallbladder removal. They just do one thing well, stealing your money.
Sanitas Kendal es la peor porqueria que puede existir en esta rama, mala atencion, desorganizacion y el usuario es quien tiene que asumir los errores de ellos. This place need to be close. They only do mistakes on booking the appointment and after you confront them they get upset and defensive. I am done with then. I already call my insurance company to change. I can understand that the doctor got sick, but not calling to cancel my appointment after I loose time from work is not a good feeling. Before that they scheduled me for the wrong place too. Not recommend at all.
If you have my blue and have no option but to go to Sanitas you must fill yourself with patience to deal with these people's unprofessionalism. First, on my file there was wrong medical information which is extremely important when prescribing medication. Then, I was double booked for an ultrasound so the team cancelled my appt because the clerical staff is extremely incompetent. Finally, my HEART medication is always sent to the wrong pharmacy. This place is absolutely horrible. For 4 days now I have been trying to get help. I have an infection and a chest cold. The first 2 days involved going to their urgent care and being sent home because they said i was too late although on the phone i was told just to go there before 7 pm. I was there at 3pm. Then i finally got an actual appointment. I went to my appointment. Then they said since i have a chest cold that i might have Covid.
