Sanitas support chat is slow, robotic, and unhelpful. Agents ****** and ******** repeatedly offer the worst service, ignoring issues, ******* responses, and showing no intent to help. If this is Sanitas' standard, I want nothing to do with this provider. Avoid at all costs.
This place doesnt care about their patients, I asked my primary physician for a referral to a specialist and he declined it numerous times, I think they need to be investigated for malpractice!! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!
The absolute worst....you can not even speak to the facility but must go through a call center that is NO help with rude people on the phone. If there was zero stars, I would have clicked that. Took an hour and forty five minutes to try and get a prescription filled only to be told that I needed to have an appointment for the refill which I was more than willing to do. My sick 84 year old father sat in the lobby for more than 3 hours waiting for PA ****** ******** to review his medical reports for blood work. Mind you hes been fasting for this blood work since yesterday.Nobody check on him or said anything to him while he waited. I had to leave work and come speak to someone before they finally said they will look at it. I understand youre busy but within a 3 hour timeline you cant take 2 mins to review a report or have MA ******* say something to him. Its unacceptable and ****************... read more
10 yrs ago I had to have my forearm muscle and tendons sewn back together after a large laceration... It has recently been hurting extremely bad so I went to the hospital, they checked me a reported that I needed a specialist and a MRI giving me a name and number but I needed a referral from my primary doctor... so I went to santias medical center where my primary doctor is and they wouldn't give a referral and told me to go to the hospital... what a circle of c*** how dumb can a doctor be ************* was given.
I'm leaving a horrible review because I've been with sanitis for 8 years and I cannot say how many times they've changed my primary care doctor. But the last time is the straw that broke the camel's back. My primary care doctor artillas was amazing. However they switched me once again and they keep giving me people that don't even address the issues they're serious with me. And they never call back like they say they're going to. Fraud. Barely speak any english, never call back, use excuses like "my system is updating" and "i have to hang up for security reasons". The primary physicians never stay longer than a few weeks. Please don't use this outfit. No way thet will be in business much longer ************ scam.

I had a very disappointing experience with the call center at Sanitas Medical Center. I called to schedule an appointment and was put on hold for 30 minutes without any updates. This delay caused me to miss an important meeting. The staff seemed unorganized and unresponsive. I hope the office can improve their call center operations by providing regular updates to callers and reducing wait times. I wish I could give this place less than one star.
