The absolute worst experience with a medical team. Newly diagnosed diabetic. I was given meds. I experienced severe side effects and needed to see the dr. Called their "call center" was contacted 3 days later !!! Then given an apt 4 weeks later!! (Teleconference) waited in the teleconference for over 1 1/2 hours! After numerous calls to the center i was told the dr had left ... was given another apt for one more week. The dr did not show again . Third apt. An in person apt. Was canceled three hours before!! They are very hard to deal with. You try to make a simple appointment and it takes at least 20 minutes. They don't understand English very well and sometimes hard to understand them. Hard to see the same doctors unless you can wait for your appointment. Sometimes I feel like the doctors listen and sometimes I feel like they are in a hurry to get you out of there.I liked them when I first started but can't handle their operation anymore.
Doctors/Staff are good. You are not able to call office directly. Too long of wait between appt. Discovered lump in breast on Aug 27, it's Oct 18th, and I'm waiting to make appointment for biopsy, have to wait until Oct27 to so doctor can refer me to get biopsy, that will take 2 wks. So it will be almost three months since I found lump, so much for early detection. This is horrible. I don't like having to call over seas to leave a message for doctor, and then play phone tag.
Very rude lady at the phone, absolutely uneducated talking at the same time as me, interrupting and arguing. Very disappointed.
worst experience ever. went for prescription refills said they sent to pharmacy but they never did. I had to get a new doctor in order to get any relief. Please,please if you value your life do not go here
Worse customer service ever! I had an appointment today for my TB results for nursing school and they told me, i don't know why the scheduled you today because the lady that does the reading is not here.... So unorganized! I had to through a fit and told them today is the day you guys scheduled the appointment so I'm not leaving until someone assists me. First off, the nurse or the assistant rooming me did not know how to spell or even sound out my medications. After five attempts I finally spelled them out on paper. Only part of my family history was entered and my blood pressure was never taken. I was not examined up close and felt not listened to by the provider. This medical group is everywhere but O can never get my doctor on the phone. In April and May I called several times to speak with my doctor and left messages regarding a concern I had. The doctor finally called me on a Saturday and left a message stating I needed to convey the problem to the person who took the message. I have been trying to see someone at the Richardson Texas clinic for months. All I need is a referral. They have canceled my appointment every time. Three to be exact. Tomorrow kicks off the Memorial Day weekend. The medical person I am supposed to see has a personal emergency. I doubt that is true. Every time I'm told it's a personal emergency or the doctor works every other Friday and my appointment has been scheduled on a Friday he doesn't work.
