Sanitas Health Care is a dangerously inept agency. Sanitas was the contracted provider system with Blue Cross/Blue Shield and even display the Blue Cross log, along side of their own. Despite complicated medical issues being treated at a university level, in 3 months and 5 visits, I have NEVER SEEN A ACTUAL DOCTOR. I also have a state pension application I need signed by an MD, my application is now lapsing due to their inability to follow through by scheduling me with an MD to complete the paperwork. This a scam. It is a testing and referral toilet, just going around and around. I have had 4 appointments the first for an initial visit, then labs, a visit to review labs and a visit for an EKG. The labs revealed problems and I had concerns myself and was interested in a referral to see a specialist. Not only was there no referral, there was no solution and the doctor actually laughed. I went to this sanitas yesterday because I need an approval for a imaging I went to two sanitas centers. Talked to four agents just to try to get an approval to go to a another office so I can get an imaging to see if I need surgery . I am still waiting to get a paper to get permisin to get a much need test . To see if I need surgery. The center said I dont need to see a primera doctor.. the insurance says I do need to see a primary doc. My father has been suffering for a month because Sanitas blatantly disregarded his plea to send the referral to the correct doctor. They are negligent, irresponsible, and inadequate to care for someone's health. Management should be fired.
Sanitas Medical Center has the worst customer service. Im surprised they havent been sued yet! My pharmacy sent multiple requests for a medication I needed refills for but Sanitas never responded. I called Sanitas poor excuse for a call center 5 times to attempt to get the refill sent in, each call U was assured it would be called in immediately, never happened. On my 5th call I was told that I would need to make an appointment because the medication was a controlled substance which it isnt so this concerned my greatly. This... read more
No one knows what is going on with my prescriptions. Every time is a different person and a different excuse but my medicines are still missing or incomplete at the pharmacy after 10 days. I might as well be dead by now!
As far as customer service, no one calls back. There is no way to talk to the office directly. They use a call center hard for them to understand me and visa versa. Nevertheless nothing gets done. The office gives referrals but the patient has to spend hours calling facilities for an appointment, find the fax number themselves for Sanitas to send the referral that ends up not being in the system as they said it would be. So when does the medical board think its ok to allow a doctor that doesnt read your medical records doesnt pay attention to the dates on your paperwork and straight up doesnt pay attention to his patients. Are we gonna let another Doctor ***** come into our lives and hurt more patients. Even the staff were aware that he has had many complaints but still he has a license to kill or injure or disrupt your life enough to financially hurt you. Not exactly sure how to rate the Sanitas in ***** - this review is based solely on the customer service representatives via phone. You can NEVER speak to someone at the actual facility. When you call the local number and/or the 844 number, you get someone that has no idea what is going on. I find the customer service combative, example: I say I have a virtual appointment in 10 minutes, they say "no, your appointment is in the physical location and if it was virtual, you would have received a link."
