Not exactly sure how to rate the Sanitas in ***** - this review is based solely on the customer service representatives via phone. You can NEVER speak to someone at the actual facility. When you call the local number and/or the 844 number, you get someone that has no idea what is going on. I find the customer service combative, example: I say I have a virtual appointment in 10 minutes, they say "no, your appointment is in the physical location and if it was virtual, you would have received a link." Sanitas medical center in ************** is the worse clinic ever, I am waiting on my prescription for more than 4 days, I called every day twice a day and they cannot processed. there is no way to place a complaint in their website or customer service line. I'm extremely frustrated with this Sanitas system my medication is for daily used and I had a day already with out it because of negligence of ****************************** and his team, because any provider can give you a prescription.

The worse medical system I have ever seen in my life, with some exemptions at the front desk (polite) and radiology department (competent and attentive) Other than that, my experience has been terrible so far with my office in Chicksaw. Their communication is deplorable. They encourage communicating via their app, but the messages are either unmonitored or they are slow to take action. Their lack of action has caused me to lose appointments. They wouldnt understand urgent or emergency if it hit them over.

SANITAS Health Care Center they don’t care my experience with all their patient care services it is severely concerning to one’s HEALTH being from setting an appointment, obtaining a a-must referral for my health condition, to the interaction with their front desk at their facility to the patient care by their nurse assistant and nurse practitioner. to seeing a real doctor the nurse practitioner that are there they just take you’re blood pressure and temperature that the assistant already did. I will not be going back to them at all they have bad customer service and bad appointment scheduled they are not good at all if you have appointments with them and you maybe late they don't even see you. This is my last time going to sanitas medical center they are bad customer service and bad phone service and bad appointment scheduled

They have a very bad appointment system they canceled my appointment at 05-31-2023 and I called to reschedule and there is nothing available for two months

<p>El servicio de recepcion es demasiado burocratico y malo. Los supuestamente doctores son de bajo nivel, en mi caso con mi pareja en su momento y despues con mi persona diagnosticaron cosas que no eran e insistian que si. Terminamos resolviendo en UM Lennar Medical Center. Adicionalmente lo que mas me impresiono son lo poco amable que son las enfermeras y los supuestos doctores. SHOULD NOT BE IN PRACTICE!!! Been waiting two months for medication and no one can give me any answers. No one cares!! Which is pretty pathetic from a medical provider. Majority of the people from there I have spoke with were very rude and ignorant.
