Today 08/11/2022 i had an appointment at 1 pm in sanitas *************. I was waiting for to hours I had to left without been sen by the doctor. No explanation. I am a ******** patient with Florida Blue
Extremely incompetent and unprofessional group. Wait times are outrageous and the care is beyond lacking. Very disappointed with the care and definitely will not be returning
The absolute worst, I am a new patient. The care team seemed to be the best at my first appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for the 7th @ 7:00 a.m. They called me the day before and changed it to virtual, with no link or anything. Then to see I get an email @ 2:32 a.m reminding me to COME in. I immediately called them because there is definitely a communication problem, as it seems I am still waiting to speak to my Dr 2 hours later. The Worst!!!!
The worst! Wasted 1 hour on the phone with the idiot that answers calls. He's violated HIPAA and my rights as a patient when I wanted to speak with the manager. Will be filing a formal complaint against ******* and the idiot that works there. I work in healthcare and I don't ever do this to my patients. He has caused me emotional distress and caused me to have an anxiety attack while on the phone.
Sanitas represents the decadence of the American health system doctors without the slightest attention, bad service and the degree of incompetence of assistants and doctors and simply redioculous I have already gone through several real disappointments such as losing a day of work and when I arrived at the specialist and the system simply did not generate the number that needs to be attended several friends changed to anather plans for this and other reasons of incompetence the question is???? we pay for the services that is... read more
Sanitas does not care about me as a patient. I've tried to contact Dr. Carlos Diaz-Barcelo in Fort Lauderdale Florida multiple times about labs that came back over 2 weeks ago. I can only get through to medical assistants. It's awful that doctors are not accessible to patients. I've never experienced that kind of service from a doctor. Ultimately, after never getting a call from the doctor, he puts in a referral for another doctor, even though I never requested the referral. ZERO STARS! I have never dealt with a more inefficient, unprofessional group in my life. It is impossible to speak to a doctor, customer service reps fi not have command if the English language & test results are impossible to come by. How did Florida Blue partner with such a **** operation? They should be investigated for their practices. Surely, someone at the top is aware of what is going on. It's a disgrace!
Bad service. I had an appointment at 10am, i came 20 mn before, they made me wait for 2 hours before I can see a doctor.
This company requires proof of income to bill you. So if the insurance doesn’t cover it you have to show your tax forms to get how much you are going to get billed. This is unethical and unprofessional Do not use them.
