Sanitas es un gran centro por lo general NO son TOP of the line los mdicos NO son muy buenos (es que por lo general NO son DR MD) etc pero bueno sino ests enfermo est bueno para que te manden las medicinas que te tocan mensual. Pero el Dpto de referidos es UN DESASTRE cambien al supervisor o al manager o a quien atienda esta Dpto

If there were no stars they would receive it. I started back up with the medical center after two years since I got my insurance back. BAD mistake.. I thought the doctor *************************** was going to be a great choice after first visit but NOPE. I had an X-ray done and I had to be the one calling constantly to get a result. Then came a breast biopsy yep I was checking their portal everyday and calling every other day and till today Im still waiting for the doctor to call. Seriously wow. Im done with Sanitas. They are so unprofessional. My primary left and they didnt tell me. All about the dollar bill with as little care as possible. They made me go to urgent care and said id get a referral for ent. Nothing.

Sanitas used to be ok.now I am having problems with them. I went for my yearly. **** test and 5 days later they sent me the results thru my portal. I put in the username and password and it wont go thru saying that my information isnt correct. Its the same information Ive had with them for the last few years.I called 3 times and sent out emails and got no responsethey said they would send me an email or text me and that never happenedso here I situnable to get my blood test results.tomorrow Im Goni g to go by the clinic off ... read more

Absolutely horrific. All about making their money and zero interest in the welfare of their patients. Terrible customer service, you cant directly reach a location - everything is outsourced, and no one will help you in real time.

Are there any "stars" below 1??? This is not a place to go, not even when you are sick as a dog. Unfortunately, they do cling to a staff member or two, like ****************** which we absolutely like and would not switch with anyone!Televisits are a hassle. Staff members make your life a living h*** Waiting time is outrageous. My heart aches for witnessing such conditions in these times... My review is below 1 star.

Most inefficient Doctor ****** I have been to in my life!!! My appointment was rescheduled by Dr. ****** at the last minute day of appointment. Went to rescheduled appointment and waited over 2 hours. Never saw a Doctor and had to walk out to get back to work

am not sure where to start but most importantly YOU CAN NOT CALL THE DOCTORS OFFICE ( OR CENTER) NO WAY OF CALLING AND ASKING YOUR DOCTOR A QUESTION, They Send the center a notification then they say 24 to 48 hours someone will get back to you. I called on a Thursday and when I found this out I was a little upset so I asked for a callback after not receiving a callback Monday afternoon, I called they said that no one put in the call. Do not ever go to a Sanitas medical center. 1st time have a new primary dr ****** me thru. Gave one of my referrals to a place far away and.permently closed! My medications were refilled but the ***** can not go off of w/o serious side effects is the one miss written I stoped.in office(as u can't get a hold.of them directly, emailed customer service, talked with a answering service that was hard to understand, pharmacist contacted doctor...never got a response. Thank God a pharmacist did a good r x refill.for cash for a 10 d... read more
