I have been living here for a long time I came and said how many years it probably have to be over 10 years or so I love these apartments I don't want to ever move again I love the new managers then you owners that have been in communication when you need something with your apartment or something's wrong with your apartment they get to it right away I like that they keep the apartments clean by cutting the grass making the apartments look nice and pretty I just love where I live I wouldn't have it any other way

Moved here from out of town and might I say, my residence is 5x better than where I used to live. Management and the community have been so kind and welcoming. I look forward to talking with neighbors and staff as I walk my dog or check the mail. Since moving here about 8 months ago I have been notified about almost everything that has been going on. I have witnessed the upgrades and involvement steadily increase to make the property and community a better place to live. My family and I are grateful to be here.

This is the 2nd time I live here. First time there was management who couldnt keep up with everything but this time around its ****** and ***** and theyre doing a great job keeping up with everything from my personal experience and from what I observe every time I walk in the office. The only thing I have to complain about is its supposed to be a gated community but the wheel on the gate has been broken for some time. I really hope they can order to get this fixed soon!

We just moved from another state and found Island Villa on the website. We contacted them remotely and they were really responsive. We had a hassle-free move and everything was in place even before we arrived.
My partner and I moved into this property a few months ago and we could not be happier. The staff are very helpful and they maintain the property well. I have already recommended this property to many friends who are trying to find a new home! Before we moved in we toured several units and all of them were very well kept and all appliances were new and CLEAN. I live at island Villa Apts. It needs work, as all apartments do but the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I feel the issues I have with appliances and the apartment, the staff has been decently on top of getting them corrected.
