This is the worst apartment company I've had to deal with. Their property at ********* at ********* was a nightmare to live at. There were constant issues with the ** and other things breaking down. They were slow to get to maintenance requests and often would close them without doing them, which is problematic when it's for the ** in summer.When you move out they charge for rent and expenses that are after your lease expiration, even if you give 2+ months notice. Rented at one of their properties. ************************ in *******,**. Left on January and I havent received my deposit back after I was told that they had sent the check to the wrong address but they were going to fixed it. Its March and when I call back to the property I was told that it has a mew owner and I cant be helped. Been calling them but nothing no answer back.

This apartment complex keep charging unexplained fees, no assistance in any way, they are rude and theyre never in their office.

Terrible place to live. I paid **** a month. Paid my rent on time every month, and now find out today that Im going to be charged more than double the amount if I dont renew my lease. To live here is going to be **** a month. I cant believe these people can get away with this. I do not recommend this apartment complex, they are shady, and have no remorse.

So, we are highly considering moving soon. We have the smallest unit, 689 sqft. Had to buy the storage unit ** we only have TWO closest, one in the bedroom and the only a SMALL hall closet. We are charged $1275!!! Its absolutely ridiculous when our apartment is priced on the website for way lower, even the ************ are showed for lower. No reason our rent should be this high when the larger units are priced a few dollars higher than ours. Literally by $10. ************************ in ******* **, submitted an incorrect claim to my ***** Deposit, for a Final Water Bill. The Final Water bill was submitted and paid in full via TR Central ************* Yet, the complex is still trying to get that money even though it has been paid off. I have the email confirmation and receipt where it was paid. I have been trying to contact someone regarding this issue, and no one seems to help. This company made an error in returning my security deposit refund putting my minor grandson's name on the check and then refusing to return my messages and taking their time about re issuing the payment. The acting manager has been repeatedly rude and disrespectful as well as condescending. She pretended over a week ago that she was going to get right on it and has not done so according to what she told me this morning. I have lived at the Estates of Bellaire in *******, ** for 7+ years and ever since the complex was sold and TAM Residentials LLC took over management of the property, the quality of living and feelings of safety have deteriorated.
