Verified Renter The ideal community to live in, especially if you work in the industrial park down the street. But easily ruined by the desert area 2 miles down where locals view as a designated shooting range.

Verified Renter Santa Teresa Terrace Phase 3 is a great community to live in. The staff,neighbors, and people around here are very friendly and respectful. I have never had and issues since I have lived here. I would definantly recommend anyone looking for a safe,quiet home to come live here.
