I'm thankful for the office staff (*******, ****** and **) without them this place would crumble. The maintenance staff (***** and ***) are amazing as well. They go above and beyond on a daily basis for the residents. I'm lives here for close to 3 years and I couldn't be happier.

******* ********* 30 minutes ago New We put a deposit down on an apartment and told them we need to be moved in by the 12th. We left my phone number as primary contact. Called for at least 2 weeks asking for updates and heard nothing even after leaving messages asking for a call back at my number. They never answered their phone till today. They finally answered saying that they were just missing one piece of paperwork and that they emailed us 3 days ago and It was never received and I told them that. Do not move into a property that is run by this company. They do not take resident needs seriously and they do not take ownership for their mistakes. They will charge you more and not even worry about it. -1/10 recommend
Terrible company. They dont care about their residents and do nothing to correct issues relating to the property. Our current home was affected due to plumbing issues, old pipes, and their vacant units. As a result, my family suffered and our finances suffered yet theyve done nothing to right this wrong. Keep your families safe and do not do business with them.
BEWARE!! Rapid decline over the years at ******** at **********! I lived here since 2009 and saw many changes of ownership, Tam Residential is by far THE WORST! Shady as all get out. No communication, then constantly changing what they said in processes, they lie, emails go unanswered and you can hardly ever get through on the phone, you have to go in person to actually talk to anyone and then they sidestep and back pedal, finger pointing to previous owners or managers while not taking any accountability. **** poor management, I hate this property Cityscape was taken over by ************** this property has undergone many changes but not for the betterment of this community! They have charged outrageous fees, changed dates on payments causing extreme financial strain on residents not tenants if they know the difference between the two! When I moved out, this place went and had the carpets removed and charged me for the old carpets that they gave me the apartment with. I did a walk through when we first moved in but never did they show me the bottom of the carpets. I was there for about 3 months to 4 months. Due to a family emergency I was not able to continue there. I worked all day and hardly was there for them to say in those months there was so much damage.
